Liz is an interior designer and Expert by Experience, committed to creating sensory-informed environments that support mental health and well-being. Drawing on both professional design expertise and personal insight as a parent navigating the mental health system, Liz brings a unique perspective to every project.

She contributes to the design and development of therapeutic environments across a range of settings — from hospitals to homes. Liz is also the co-founder of The Environmental Hub, a resource supported by NHS England South West, aimed at promoting calming, sensory-aware design.

Passionate about collaboration, Liz works across sectors to support informed, practical design choices that enhance safety, comfort, and recovery for people with complex needs.

He has worked across NHS and private healthcare projects, combining thoughtful, design-led interiors with the practical needs of clinical settings. Steve believes well-designed environments can positively impact wellbeing — for patients, staff, and visitors alike.

From concept to completion, he supports clients through every stage of the design process, ensuring all solutions are tailored, compliant, and built around the people who use the space.

With over 25 years of experience in LED lighting, Ian began his journey at the forefront of innovation with the introduction of Luxeon high-output LED chips. His passion for lighting has driven him to lead the design, manufacture, and installation of numerous specialist lighting projects across the UK.

Ian’s approach is rooted in applying the right light in the right setting. As lighting technology has advanced, he has embraced greater control over colour temperature, dimming, and circadian rhythm integration—ensuring lighting enhances both function and wellbeing
